FP&A
A single source of truth you can actually steer by.I build real FP&A from whatever you have today: a driver-based model, a clean monthly close, and dashboards that answer “how are we doing?” in one glance.
How this works →A steady hand from first conversation to close.

Whether you’re acquiring, being acquired, or just getting ready, I clean the books, build the data room, prep for quality-of-earnings, and quarterback diligence.
For: Companies approaching a transaction — buy-side, sell-side, or exit-ready.
The fractional retainer is typically 4–8 days a month, on a 3-month minimum that then goes month-to-month. Interim coverage is heavier — 12–20 days a month for a defined term. Advisory is lighter, 1–2 days. The right cadence comes out of the discovery call; I’d rather size it correctly than oversell it.
Fractional is an ongoing part-time relationship — I’m your CFO a few days a month, indefinitely. Interim is full (or near-full) coverage for a defined gap — usually a CFO departure, a transaction, or a restructuring — where you need a senior seat held until the permanent leader arrives. Same person, different intensity and duration.

How this works →I build the reporting cadence, write the board deck’s finance section, and (when you want) present it — so your board meetings build confidence instead of burning it.
How this works →A 30-minute discovery call — direct, no pitch. We’ll talk through where you are, what hurts, and whether I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll tell you who is.
