Walk into the room with numbers your lead will believe.I build the model, the data room, and the financial narrative — then sit beside you through diligence so the round closes on your terms.
How this works →Know exactly how many months you have — and how to add more.

A 13-week cash model, a ruthless but surgical spend review, and a runway plan you can defend to a board without flinching.
For: Companies with tightening cash, a high burn multiple, or a bridge to plan.
The fractional retainer is typically 4–8 days a month, on a 3-month minimum that then goes month-to-month. Interim coverage is heavier — 12–20 days a month for a defined term. Advisory is lighter, 1–2 days. The right cadence comes out of the discovery call; I’d rather size it correctly than oversell it.
Fractional engagements run roughly $8K–$15K/month depending on days and scope; interim is $20K–$32K/month for near-full-time coverage; advisory is $3K–$6K/month; fixed-scope projects are $15K–$45K. You get a clear scope and fee in writing after the discovery call, before any work begins. These are indicative bands for this template.

How this works →I build real FP&A from whatever you have today: a driver-based model, a clean monthly close, and dashboards that answer “how are we doing?” in one glance.
How this works →A 30-minute discovery call — direct, no pitch. We’ll talk through where you are, what hurts, and whether I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll tell you who is.
